Work to Residence – Green List Tier 2
The Work to Residence (WTR) – Green List Tier 2 resident visa is for people working in occupations that are also in demand but may not require the same level of specialization as Tier 1. This allows skilled workers to transition to residency through a work to residence visa.
You must
- Be 55 or younger
- Have a job offer from an accredited New Zealand employer in an occupation listed on the Green List Tier 2 NZ.
- Have worked in New Zealand in a Green List Tier 2 NZ occupation for at least 24 months.
- Meet the relevant qualifications and experience as outlined in the Green List.
- Continue to meet requirements until a decision is made on the visa application
- Be proficient in English.
- Meet health and character requirements.
